Choosing the right ticketing platform for your Fair is crucial to your overall success. To ensure you make an informed choice, we’ve compiled a few questions that every fair organizer should take under consideration. From understanding your specific needs to evaluating the features that matter most, keeping these things in mind will allow your ticket-selling process to flow seamlessly. And of course, we will be with you every step of the way to make sure you don’t miss a thing.

Ticket Sale Dates
What is the time frame you are looking to sell tickets between? Will you have pre-sale tickets available, and if so, do you have any specific sales goals in mind?

Historical Tickets Sales
How many tickets were sold last year? What about the average number of tickets sold over the past 5 years? How many types of tickets were sold and did you offer discounts? What pricing range do your tickets typically fall under?

Sales Goals
What are your overall ticket sales goals this year? Will your tickets exclusively be available via the online ticketing platform?

Multiple Ticketed Events
Are you looking to just sell entrance tickets online or do you have multiple events throughout the fair timeframe that will need separate tickets (concerts, dances, rodeos, etc.)? Is your fair a single-day or multi-day event?

Donations
Does your organization or non-profit sponsors accept donations? Do you need donations added as a checkout option on the ticketing platform?

Merchandise
